Misr Emirates Life Takaful - Salama Company was founded in 2015 as an Egyptian joint stock company subject to the provisions of law No. 159 of 1981, providing Takaful Life Insurance in Egypt in accordance with Sharia guidelines. Authorized capital of EGP 100 million – Issued and paid capital of EGP 60 million. Subject to the provisions of law No. 10 of 1981. Registered in the Financial Regulatory Authority under No.36 of 2015, Commercial Registration number 106198. One of the subsidiaries of the Islamic Arab Insurance Company– SALAMA.
